As the longest night of the year unfolds, we gather together to honor the quiet magic of the Winter Solstice—a time to reflect, go inwards, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of nature.

Together, let us celebrate the light within and around us, and honor this sacred moment of transformation, before we settle into deep rest and relaxation.

Our retreat invites you into a sacred space of stillness, starting with fluid movement and slowing down into love, compassion and understanding.
