Transformational Coaching

I integrate various transformational modalities like Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, CBT, NLP, and Shadow Work to help create deep, lasting personal change by working on both conscious thinking patterns and subconscious beliefs.

It is not about giving advice or fixing, it is more about facilitating inner change and helping you shift behaviours and emotions that keep you stuck.

It focuses on changing your internal operating system, facilitating insight and growth, providing you with the right tools for future self analysis and self observation, so that you can continue on your journey to self awareness and a more attuned life by yourself.

The aim is not just solving a problem but changing how you relate to it, to yourself, others and your life.

Pricing

Session Prices Duration
1-2-1 £70 2hrs

Duration is approximate, I tend to be thorough and I don't look at the clock, so please allow for extra time. Please allow for a minimum of 48 hours cancellation/rescheduling period. A minimum charge of £30 will be applied otherwise, but this will constitute part payment towards the next session.
